Plaza de Mayor

So Madrid is absolutely beautiful! I saw a lot of Madrid by myself today because I got lost... very lost. I was supposed to meet the group at Plaza de Mayor at 10, so I left my house to get on the metro at 9:30. The stop I got off at was Sol and I thought iI knew how to get to Plaza de Mayor from there, but no I didn't. I walked around for over an hour trying to find this place... I need a cell phone soon, that would have helped. I didn't find Plaza de Mayor but I did see A LOT of Madrid. I couldn't help but laugh when I got lost because if I were to get lost anywhere im glad it was in the most beautiful part of Madrid. I had a few maps but none of them had all the street names. After an hour of walking around in my white t-shirt it started to rain and I decided it was time to find a metro stop and go back to my house haha. I eventually found one and it took me 45 min to get home, so I took a siesta when I got back.

This is a picture of Plaza de Mayor that I took a few days ago, its soo awesome! Too bad I couldn't find it today ha. Sadly I didnt take pictures of the beautiful things I saw when I was lost today.
